Vegetation is only to be removed where
necessary for the road corridor extension
and within the disturbed landform. As such,

demolition activity may result in minor and
short-term impacts (such as dust or noise)
that can be mitigated by taking appropriate
measures during the construction phase.

Reductions in the environmental qualities or
values of the locality are not anticipated.
The proposed activity is to be undertaken
within a disturbed land and seeks to extend
the existing road Camden Valley Way Road
network.

The Site immediate to the proposed activity
area is identified as being affected by local
Aboriginal Heritage Items or places. In
support of this Review of Environmental
Factor, a Statement of Heritage Impact has
been prepared by Niche Environment and
Heritage and contained in Appendix B.
Overall, the findings of the report
demonstrated that Heritage Items or places
can be maintained as part of the proposed
activity.
Recommendations
are
also
proposed to ensure impacts on the local
heritage matter are avoided or minimised.
