Current Traffic Flows
As part of the project work, Seca Solution has completed traffic surveys at both intersections. These surveys were
completed on Tuesday 29th August 2017 during the morning (7:00-9:30am) and afternoon (3:30-6:00pm) peak
periods. With respect to Hilder Street, the duration of the counts captured the start and finish times of the nearby
Elderslie High School. The surveyed traffic flows are illustrated in Figures 2 & 3.
The forecast flows for the 2036 future year scenario were sourced from Councils Strategic Traffic Model developed
by TDG in October 2015.
