Whilst the proposal results in minor aesthetic alteration within
the locality by virtue of the extensions proposed. The location of
the activity and works proposed are not considered to impacts on
items or places of aesthetic, anthropological, archaeological,
architectural, cultural, historical, scientific or social significance.
The works are contained within the existing disturbed land form
and the heritage areas are avoided by the proposal except for
areas with heritage approval.
