Other relevant provisions of the LEP applicable to the proposal are the two heritage items of local
significance listed in Schedule 5 (item no I105 Yamba and item no I104 Rheinbergers Hill). Heritage
impacts are addressed in this REF and a Statement of Heritage Impact is submitted in support of
the proposal (see Appendix B).
5.4
CONCLUSION
The proposed activity is permitted as development without consent under the State Environmental
Planning Policy (Transport and Infrastructure) 2021. It is concluded that the activity is permissible
without consent and can be carried out on behalf of Camden Council under Part 5 of the Act.
No further approvals are required as part of the proposal under the provisions of the Act.
