An assessment under Section 7.3 has been completed to determine whether the proposed activity
is likely to significantly affect threatened species, or ecological communities, or their habitats as
outlined within Table 2 below.
A search of the Environment and Heritage Bionet Atlas for recorded endangered, threatened and
vulnerable species on 11 September 2023 identified 29 fauna species and 7 flora species within a
5km radius of the subject site. There are no recorded observations within or directly adjacent to
the site of the works, though many of the species recorded could potentially occupy or be present
in the area.

impact on the locality.
