Ultimately, based on the analysis of the various options it was decided that the signalisation of the
intersection of Camden Valley Way, Kirkham Lane and Liz Kernohan Drive, and the installation of a
roundabout at the corner of Camden Valley Way and Hilder Street was the preferred approach. Refer
to the attached traffic advice in Appendix C for details.

DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED ACTIVITIES
The project consists of the upgrade of two intersections along Camden Valley Way at Elderslie and
involves the following design outcomes:

Upgrade (including signalisation) of the intersection of Camden Valley Way, Kirkham
Lane and Liz Kernohan Drive as shown in the diagram provided in Figure 4.
The construction of a roundabout at the corner of Camden Valley Way and Hilder Street
are shown in the diagram in Figure 5.
The northern extension of Liz Kernohan Drive by approximately 280m from its current
terminus near Rheinbergers Circuit to intersect with Camden Valley Way and Kirkham
Lane.
