Justification and conclusion
The benefits derived from proceeding with the proposal will outweigh the potential short-term
inconveniences.
Underground Infrastructure
The proposed development plans indicated the location of underground services comprised of
reticulated water, sewer, and stormwater infrastructure. However, the development plans do not
indicate the removal of underground infrastructure as part of the activity. It is recommended that
consent be sought from the relevant public utility authority if utility adjustment is requirement as
part of the proposed activity.
